Tim Clark<\/p>\r\n<\/blockquote>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

I have\u00a0been performing for many\u00a0years. My earliest memory is of singing a song at a concert when I was still in Elementary School. I have practiced the art of music since I can remember. I studied voice with Diane Oxner-Macdonald a prominent and well known opera and folk \u00a0singer who had students that included notables like\u00a0Sarah Mclachlan. I participated in numerous Music Festivals winning in Italian, German, Folk and Traditional categories for a few years.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

I was selected in 1984 to participate in the Nova Scotia Youth Choir for the visit of then Pope John Paul II when he was in Halifax. We were there on the Halifax Commons providing music when he arrived to greet the crowds.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

I spent summers at the Nova Scotia Youth Chorale Summer Camp at Acadia University performing and learning music.
I studied music in High School as part of International Baccalaureate courses in Guitar, Band and Theory.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

During my time in music in my early years I was a member of various groups including, The St. Norbert\u2019s parish choir, St. Joseph\u2019s Parish Choir, The Sons of the Sea \u2013 Barbershop Quartet Chorus, and the Lunenburg Chorale. During High School I was a member of the Park View Education Band playing Trumpet and participating in multiple concerts and competitions.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

I continued to write and learn guitar perfecting my craft and performed music for many people.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

After working for a time in the technology industry I decided to add the love of music to my love of technology and combined audio recording, video recording and editing to my life back in 1998. I have not looked back.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

I provided recording services and served as \u00a0producer \u00a0for multiple groups completing 11 albums for others along with\u00a0three for myself.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

While operating a recording studio I began a musical group with my children.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

My three children are now young adults and continue to come into and out of my performances when they are available. We have performed at the Hank Snow Festival, Bluegrass Park, Variety shows and have been invited to perform at various community concerts and events. We play monthly at most of the local Long Term Care Homes. We have enjoyed each and every one and getting to meet in person with music audiences throughout the province.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

We perform a wide variety of music from Pop, to Folk, Country to Rock and even though we are not always the same group every time we still love to sing and perform in any form we can.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

I am now performing alone from time to time and recording videos of my songs to share on Facebook. 2020 saw the cancelation of many performances for a lot of musicians and many have sought out new venues virtually. I continued to be busy with music just in a different way.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
